Does RealEscort allow advertisers to post fake ads or use fake pictures?
Fake Pictures, AI Generated, Misleading Pictures and False Advertisements Strictly Prohibited!
Uploading fake, stolen, AI-generated, or heavily edited pictures is strictly forbidden. Users and advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring all content is authentic and genuinely represents them.
If fake, AI-generated, or misleading pictures are detected (via user reports, automated systems, or manual checks), a report will be generated and the user/advertiser will be notified.
If the report is confirmed:
- The offender will be suspended and may receive a warning.
- Repeat or known offenders will face termination, with their ads and/or accounts deleted or banned for 2 years, depending on severity.
- Accounts that repeatedly use fake or stolen pictures may be restricted to "Picture Validated Only" mode. This means any ad the account has or creates must be successfully picture validated before it can go online.
- A report fee will be charged to cover the investigation and removal of fake pictures if a warning is issued. This fee must be paid before activity can resume.
