The PT is really nice, good-looking and delivers the promised services (except the outfit request was forgotten).
I had to wait around in the yard for ~15min overtime and I was already leaving when a few foreign men stepped out of the "stairwell" (which has 2 apartments). I thought, however, because of the previous good experiences, that they were from the other apartment.
Inside the apartment this time it was practically pitch dark with thick blackout curtains and the PT's roommate was clearly moving around outside the bedroom the whole time of the visit. They were probably on the balcony "hiding" when I arrived and left. The wallet etc. were in the shower room the whole time and I have no way of finding out if something was rummaged through or not.
Regarding the service and attitude, still a full 10. The place and arrangements with the roommate (and their guests?) being present are a bit odd and definitely not to everyone's liking. On previous visits they were alone in the apartment.

Nobody touches anyone's personal belongings—nothing ever gets stolen in our apartment. Sometimes I am alone, and sometimes I am here with a roommate. The fact that my roommate is quietly cooking or cleaning shouldn't be an issue. Your focus should be on what happens inside the bedroom, not outside of it.
