Ad: Reviews, having trouble locating all your reviews?
Having Trouble Finding All Your Reviews? Some Missing or Removed?
Here’s why reviews sometimes disappear or don’t appear on your ad:
- RealEscort removes non-compliant reviews – We may delete reviews that violate our guidelines. In most cases, we notify both the advertiser and the reviewer when this happens.
- Reviewer deletes their account – If a user deletes their account and two years pass, all their reviews are permanently removed from the system.
- User banned for fake reviews – If someone is banned or deleted for posting fake reviews (on your ad or any other), all their submitted reviews are deleted platform-wide.
- Pending approval (up to 48 hours) – New reviews can take up to 48 hours to appear. Delays often occur if the reviewer ignores the confirmation request, or the review gets rejected for breaking rules. Once approved, you’ll usually receive a notification in your ad mailbox.
Important reminder for advertisers:
Reviews are handled directly between RealEscort and the reviewer. You must never ask, encourage, pay for, or in any way influence a review — doing so creates fake reviews and can lead to termination of the reviewer’s account, your ad, or your entire account.
